Consultations
Scheduling:
· Consultations are by appointment only, and are generally booked 4-6 months in advance of the event date.
· During your consultation, we will discuss your reception and vision, search through photos and find inspiration for the perfect design. All of this while enjoying delicious samples!
Pricing:
· The cost of a consultation is $25, which is then applied to your balance if you place an order.
· A Visa or MasterCard is required to secure your appointment.
· If you need to reschedule please call us at least 48 hours in advance. If we are not notified within 48 hours and your appointment is missed, your card will be charged for the cost of the tasting ($25).
Preparing for your consultation
A typical consultation lasts about one hour . When attending a consultation please be prepared to discuss the following:
· Budget (this will help us determine what we can do for you)
· Type of Event (Wedding, Birthday, Baby Shower etc)
· Event Date/Time/Location
· Number of guest attending
· Indoor or Outdoor event?
· Color Scheme
· Design Ideas/References
· Type of cake (ex. Stacked, tiered etc)
Open House Tastings
· Our open house tastings are held 4-6 times a year.
· Unlike our one-on-one consultations, our open house is a group setting just to give you basic information on our company, our pricing & flavors and our policies.
o There are no fees or appointment times.
o The flavor combinations offered are predetermined.
o There are no price quotes given.
o There are no sketches or designing of cakes offered.
